Sangnier (en octobre 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un <strong>projet collectif<\/strong> r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en <strong>plusieurs \u00e9tapes<\/strong> : mod\u00e9lisation, impression, collage.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet article, je vais d\u00e9tailler chaque \u00e9tape de la r\u00e9alisation de ce projet et expliquer ce que j&rsquo;en ai tir\u00e9 (\u00e9volution dans l&rsquo;apprentissage, acquisition de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences etc.).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/1&Prime;][vc_custom_heading css_animation=\u00a0\u00bbsingle-curtain\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Mod\u00e9lisation 3D sur logiciel<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_custom_heading][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image media=\u00a0\u00bb84177&Prime; media_width_percent=\u00a0\u00bb73&Prime; media_ratio=\u00a0\u00bbfour-three\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb shape=\u00a0\u00bbimg-round\u00a0\u00bb radius=\u00a0\u00bbstd\u00a0\u00bb shadow=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb shadow_weight=\u00a0\u00bbsm\u00a0\u00bb shadow_darker=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb css_animation=\u00a0\u00bbleft-t-right\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbm\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text css_animation=\u00a0\u00bbright-t-left\u00a0\u00bb]Il y avait <strong>deux choses<\/strong> \u00e0 mod\u00e9liser : les <strong>lettres<\/strong> (majuscules et minuscules) de chaque pr\u00e9noms et les <strong>socles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons premi\u00e8rement r\u00e9parti les t\u00e2ches, chacun avait une lettre \u00e0 coder.<\/p>\n<p>Pour se faire, nous avons utilis\u00e9 le logiciel <strong>OpenSCAD <\/strong>qui nous a permis de<strong> cr\u00e9er des lettres<\/strong> comme le \u00ab\u00a0i\u00a0\u00bb ci-contre ainsi que des <strong>rectangles en guise de socles<\/strong> pour les pr\u00e9noms.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que tout \u00e9tait pr\u00eat, nous avons <strong>enregistr\u00e9 le ficher<\/strong> sous deux formats (scad puis STL) pour passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>impression.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/1&Prime;][vc_custom_heading css_animation=\u00a0\u00bbsingle-curtain\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Impression et rendu final<\/strong> <\/em><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_custom_heading][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text css_animation=\u00a0\u00bbleft-t-right\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pour imprimer des objets, il faut d&rsquo;abord passer par le logiciel <strong>Cura <\/strong>(logiciel trancheur)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">dans lequel on ouvre le fichier STL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce logiciel permet de toucher aux <strong>param\u00e8tres d&rsquo;impression <\/strong><em>(en haut \u00e0 droite sur l&rsquo;image) <\/em>tels que l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence, le remplissage, la pr\u00e9sence de support ou non etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Il faut ensuite mettre le fichier modifi\u00e9 sur la <strong>carte SD<\/strong> de l&rsquo;imprimante.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image media=\u00a0\u00bb87105&Prime; media_width_percent=\u00a0\u00bb76&Prime; media_ratio=\u00a0\u00bbthree-two\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb shape=\u00a0\u00bbimg-round\u00a0\u00bb radius=\u00a0\u00bbstd\u00a0\u00bb shadow=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb shadow_weight=\u00a0\u00bbsm\u00a0\u00bb shadow_darker=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb css_animation=\u00a0\u00bbright-t-left\u00a0\u00bb animation_speed=\u00a0\u00bb400&Prime; el_class=\u00a0\u00bbm\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image media=\u00a0\u00bb87103&Prime; media_width_percent=\u00a0\u00bb71&Prime; media_ratio=\u00a0\u00bbfour-three\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb shape=\u00a0\u00bbimg-round\u00a0\u00bb shadow=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb shadow_weight=\u00a0\u00bbsm\u00a0\u00bb shadow_darker=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb css_animation=\u00a0\u00bbleft-t-right\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbm\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text css_animation=\u00a0\u00bbright-t-left\u00a0\u00bb]Afin d&rsquo;avoir ce rendu, on<strong> insert la carte SD dans l&rsquo;imprimante<\/strong> <em>(mod\u00e8les : prusa i3 ou BQ Witbox)<\/em> qui va prendre<strong> plus ou moins longtemps<\/strong> pour imprimer <strong>(on le sait d&rsquo;avance gr\u00e2ce<\/strong> \u00e0 Cura).<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le seul<strong> challenge<\/strong> \u00e9tait d&rsquo;imprimer plusieurs lettres de couleurs diff\u00e9rentes sans que deux lettres adjacentes soient de la m\u00eame couleur.
